Why “tax” needs a scope label
This is a Roblox platform-fee estimate.
Roblox documents that creators generally receive 70% of Robux spent on in-experience passes and developer products, while the remaining 30% is the Marketplace Fee. This page uses “tax” because that is how players search—not because the fee is government tax.
When not to use this calculator
- Do not use it for avatar Marketplace items with progressive creator shares.
- Do not use it for Creator Store items priced in real currency.
- Do not treat the estimated net as immediately available or DevEx-approved.
Rounding note
The interface shows a planning estimate. Roblox processes actual transactions in whole Robux under its current platform rules.
